You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. 55sce will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
55sce reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or posing a risk to the platform's integrity, with or without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 55sce online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://55sce.cam (the "Platform"). They apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the Platform without an account.
55sce is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving adult players. The Platform offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports), live casino games, slot games, table games, instant games and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information requested.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 55sce reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any balances contained therein and apply a permanent ban to the associated user.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account access with any third party. You agree to notify 55sce immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 55sce will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
55sce may at any time request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, payment methods or source of funds. Acceptable documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address (such as a utility bill from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or any city in Pakistan) and bank statements or wallet transaction records. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods made available in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfers, mobile wallets and other options as displayed. Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistan market context only — 55sce does not represent that these providers endorse gambling or that all methods will be available to every user at all times.

Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where applicable, subject to the currency configuration of your Account at registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are governed by the relevant payment provider's terms.
To request a withdrawal from your Account, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 55sce does not process withdrawals to third parties.
If an active bonus is attached to your Account, all applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus portion of your Balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Initiating a withdrawal request while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated pending winnings.
55sce does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to the operator's internal review cycle, applicable payment provider timelines and any compliance checks required. Users will be notified of withdrawal status via their registered contact details.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification requirements prior to processing.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 55sce are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Actual wagering requirements are specified in the promotional terms for each offer.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies as specified in the promotional terms (commonly in the PKR 200–500 range on many platforms, though actual limits are set per promotion). Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Bonuses that are not used or fully wagered within the specified validity window will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonus funds.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, structured play designed to exploit wagering contribution rates, collusion, use of automated betting software or other manipulative practices — is strictly prohibited. 55sce reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings and to suspend or close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Where a referral programme is in operation, referral credits are issued only where the referred individual creates a new, verified Account and meets all applicable activity and deposit thresholds. Fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of all referral credits and may result in Account closure.
55sce reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed at an erroneous price or odds caused by a technical error; the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or the bet is identified as part of fraudulent or collusive activity.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts for sports betting, casino games and other markets are displayed at the point of placing a bet or launching a game. These limits may vary by market, game type and Account standing, and are subject to change.
Displayed odds for sports betting are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated on the Platform are indicative figures provided for reference — actual individual outcomes are governed by RNG (random number generator) systems certified independently, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure or other system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 55sce reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claim for compensation will be entertained solely on the basis of a technical failure.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20, ICC World Cup, bilateral Pakistan series and other domestic and international fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Settlement rules, including the treatment of abandoned matches, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method revisions and incomplete innings, are detailed in the Platform's sports betting rules section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, robots, scrapers or similar data gathering tools; or access the Platform's underlying code or architecture.
Any use of the Platform's content beyond the scope of this licence requires the prior written consent of 55sce.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55sce, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failures or service interruptions.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55sce makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or Services.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 55sce's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 55sce support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 6, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
55sce reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
Upon termination for cause, 55sce reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at 55sce's discretion following completion of any compliance investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 55sce is licensed and operated. Users access the Platform from Pakistan subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms overrides the legal obligations of users under Pakistani law.
55sce does not represent that the Platform or Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond what is expressly stated. Users are responsible for assessing and ensuring their own compliance with local laws.
55sce reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, 55sce will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
